Black Jadeite

A jet black jadeite, can sometimes have white streaks or blue inclusions. Comes from the Motagua River Valley in Guatemala, which is the location that the ancient Mayans used to collect their prized jadeite from. All of the jadeites we have from Guatemala are hand mined without the use of explosives or machinery.


Hardness- 6.5-7.5 Mohs scales
