Mahogany Obsidian
Mahogany obsidian is an interesting mix of black and redy brown patterned (mostly swirls) obsidian, sometimes there are clear sections of obsidian swirled into the mix, and very occasionally a gold sheen which is often swirled into the pattern also; this varitey is sometimes called 'fire obsidian' due to the red/brown underlying colour and then the sudden bright flash of gold at the right angle.
