These are brand new labrets, made from Delrin and made to order with yours specs. These labrets are made from 1 piece of Delrin. Delrin (black labrets) is very similar to PTFE, it can also be autoclaved. This is a good alternative if you are not keen on the brilliant white of PTFE. However due to the dye used to make Delrin black it is not recommended for initial piercings.

Wearable length is the length of the bar between the flat back disk and the attachment (o-ring) on the front of the item, for this option you should select the correct length for your piercing, please ensure that you order the correct length for your piercing. I automatically add space (about 2mm) for the o-ring if you select this option, if you don't want an o-ring you can select to not have this and the piece will be made to the exact wearable length you select plus a small amount of space for rounding the front off.
