Translucent Blue Jadeite
This is the middle blue colour we have, a bit more consistent in colouring than the dark blue jadite, does occasionally have a black spot. It comes from the Motagua River Valley in Guatemala, which is the location that the ancient Mayans used to collect their prized jadeite from. All of the jadeites we have from Guatemala are hand mined without the use of explosives or machinery.
Hardness- 6.5-7.5 Mohs scales
