This is a handmade 925 Sterling Silver Heart shaped Seam Ring with 1 stone setting with a Purple Synthetic Opal cabochon. This item is ready to ship, you will receive the exact piece pictured.
It is 1.2mm in size (16G) with an 14.5mm external diameter from top to point, and 14.5mm external diameter across the width. The stone setting is 4mm. The stone was hand carved by Russell.
