This is a rare piece of Plasma Agate, the area this is found in California is no longer accessible for collecting this material, I currently have a very limited amount of this material to hand so please contacted us if interested to have something made in it to see what is possible. This material is a conglomerate of other minerals, and often has cinnabar, this piece is considered a 'gemmy' piece as it doesn't appear to contain any cinnabar. Pattern and colour varies greatly within this piece, but the majority of it takes a great high polish.

Hardness- 6-7 Mohs scales
