This custom made delrin barbell is great for stretched tongue piercings these have even been used in bridge piercings. This listing allows you to select a size and wearable length for the barbell.

These barbells have approximately a 5mm bigger diameter ball than the gauge e.g. if you order a 4mm (6G) barbell the ball diameter will be about 9mm. One of the ends is fixed in place and the other screws on and off, and these have been made to be internally threaded.

The balls will be made as circular as possible, but as they are hand made they are usually slightly more oval than completely spherical. The size of the barbell will also affect the shape of the balls.

If you require a specific shape ball please contact us before ordering to make sure it is possible. Please note, that as each piece is handmade there may be some difference in how oval/round the ends are between pieces and that pictured.
