Wearable length is the length of the bar between the inside of the wing and the attachment (o-ring) on the front of the item, for this option you should select the correct length for your piercing, please ensure that you order the correct length for your piercing. I will automatically add space (about 2mm) for the o-ring if you select this option, if you don't want an o-ring you can select to not have this and the piece will be made to the exact wearable length you select plus a small amount of space for rounding the front off.
