This is a brand new labret, handmade in my workshop, from delrin and niobium. Price is for 1 labret, you will receive the exact piece pictured, it is ready to ship.

This is a 10mm round, with a 11.5mm wearable, 1.2mm deep curved t-back, and 3.5mm wings. The niobium inlay is hardware set with no glue, and has a hammered texture.
