This are brand new septum keepers made from 1 piece of delrin and hand carved here in my workshop in the UK. I carve these to have flat faces on the inside of the legs everything else is rounded off for comfortable insertion.

These have several options for getting the best fit, size is the gauge of the jewellery, wearable length is the length measured between the legs, and leg length is measured on the inside of the leg to the tip.
