Shipping

We can ship orders all over the world and use Royal Mail (courier may differ in international countries), and for many places offer both un-tracked and tracked shipping options. The website is setup to calculate the shipping costs/options for each country. If you want to get an idea of what it will cost to ship an item to you add it to your cart, then on the cart page scroll down for the shipping estimator, then select your country and hit update to see the options available and the cost below. You can later pick the one you want during checkout.


Please be aware your chosen shipping method at checkout is NOT dispatch time, if you select Next Day Delivery on a made-to-order piece your order will only be shipped once it has been made, and is still subject to the same production times as all other orders. Your chosen shipping method is how we will dispatch your order once complete.


Import (duty and/or VAT) fees maybe applicable to orders sent outside of the UK, we are not responsible for these charges which are applied by your own countries governments. (EU- from 1st July 2021 all orders over £0 are liable for import fees, 1st Jan 2021 all items going into the EU will be charge VAT + handling fee.) Please check with your own postal service or government website for details on what these import fees will likely be; any handling fee that they may apply for processing the import on your behalf; so that you have an idea of what they are likely to when your order arrives. We are required by law to declare the value of the goods contained in your parcel on the customs forms.


If you make a purchase from the ready to ship section of the website and only contains ready to ship items, then your order will go out on the next posting day, currently we go to the post office 2 days a week (Tuesdays & Fridays) so it will likely be sent out very soon after ordering. If you order contains a mixture of ready to ship items and made to order pieces then your order will ship altogether once the made to order pieces have been made and everything is ready to ship out to you. As sometimes wait times can be long we recommend placing an order for the ready to ship pieces and a separate order for made to order pieces.


If placing an order for made to order products our aim is to get your order made and shipped out as soon as possible this could be anywhere from 3-10 weeks, we will email you once your order has been received to let you know more accurately how long the wait is likely to be (keep an eye on spam folder if you don't receive an email). The time frame will depend on how many and type of orders we current have in the production queue and also what time of year as the run up to the holiday season as be longer wait.


If there is a problem with the delivery of your order, i.e. incorrect address, and it is returned to us we will contact you to work out why it was returned. If we have made an error, such as a typo, we will correct the error and return the order to you, if new tracking numbers are required we will email you to let you know what they are. If the error is due to the incorrect information being provided, such as the buyer selecting an incorrect address and not notifying us of the error before shipping, or the buyer missing the delivery, not collecting the parcel, not paying import fees, etc... the buyer will need to repay the postage costs so we can return the item to them, so please always double check you have provided the correct shipping information when placing your order and if you notice any errors on your order contact us ASAP to correct them.


Returns and refunds are pretty much covered in the bottom of the conditions of use page, to summerise if your item hasn't gone into production or shipped then we can process a refund. Returns on items of body jewellery are against UK health and safety laws as well as the distance selling regs, in regard to the reselling of these items and the associated health risk. If there is a problem i.e. it arrived damaged or broken, please contact us as soon as you receive the item, you will likely have to return the item and the original packaging to us (so please keep them safe) so that we can forward both on to Royal mail to make a claim for the loss, this is the only exception for returns we are able to make.
